At Refresh Records we handle your records just like our own.

While all care will be taken with your records, by accepting our service you acknowledge and agree that Refresh Records will not be liable for, and you release Refresh Records from, any claim howsoever arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services, including (without limitation) for any loss or damage to your records or sleeves or data.

We do not play any records received for cleaning.
